2. Booking Requests

Submitting a contact form, inquiry, email, or other request through the website does not automatically confirm a booking.

 

A booking is considered confirmed only after the event details, availability, pricing, and any applicable booking requirements have been agreed upon directly with Real Bearded Santa.

 

Additional booking terms, payment requirements, cancellation policies, or event-specific conditions may be provided separately when your event is scheduled.

 

3. Event Information

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their event, including the date, time, location, expected attendance, event type, and any special requests.

 

Any significant changes to an event should be communicated as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing or scheduling.

 

4. Arrival & Event Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable and safe access to the event location.

 

Real Bearded Santa is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, road conditions, traffic incidents, venue restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Children & Guest Supervision

A parent, guardian, event organizer, or other responsible adult should remain present and responsible for children during Santa appearances.

 

Real Bearded Santa provides entertainment services and does not assume responsibility for supervising children or other event attendees.

 

6. Photography & Video

Guests and event organizers may take photographs and videos during an appearance unless otherwise agreed.

 

Any photography, videography, or content intended for commercial advertising, publication, broadcast, or promotional use should be discussed in advance.

 

Real Bearded Santa will not use identifiable client or guest photographs for promotional purposes without appropriate permission where required.

 

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing may depend on the type of event, location, duration, date, travel requirements, and any additional services requested.

 

Pricing and payment requirements will be communicated as part of the booking process.

 

Any payment, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions applicable to a specific booking will be governed by the terms agreed upon for that booking.

 

8. Mrs. Claus & Additional Services

Mrs. Claus and other additional services may be available for select events and are subject to availability.

 

Requests for additional services should be made in advance so availability and any additional charges can be confirmed.
